• Directing, evaluation of project and presenting cost/benefits analysis at project decision points for construction of residential/commercial complex, utility & infrastructure.
• Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with company directors/ clients as well as making project schedule including material & manpower planning.
• Leading on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the throughput.
• Maintaining sustained coordination among all consultants and contractors (including labour contractors, MEP and Finishing Contractors).
• Leading, monitoring and preparation of tender drawings/specifications and finalization of requirements, estimates & BOQ
• Overseeing all engineers /project managers /site and technical staff and being a mentor for all construction activities including providing technical inputs of methodologies of construction and coordination for site management activities.
• Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans as per specifications of contract document.
• Implementation of all statuary compliances related to Health, Safety, Environment as defined by regulatory authorities under all applicable labour laws etc., and at the same time ensure safe and healthy environment for all project personnel.

• Experience: 10 - 15 years at reputed Real Estate Developer in Pune
• Project Exposure: Commercial PT slab & High-rise
• Basement Excavation experience

Responsible for leading the sales and marketing team for our Koregaon Park Commercial site. Reporting directly to the Owner/Directors.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for looking after the entire sales operations of our projects.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
• Network with corporates, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales.
• Regular follow-up with customers for sales.
• Payment collection as per the guidelines.
• Prepare MIS Report on monthly basis.
• To meet sales targets as laid down from time to time.
• To take up sales promotional activities as per requirement.
• Generate Enquiry.
• Follow up all enquiry & report to HO.
• Plan & implement Marketing Strategy including online and offline campaigns.
• PR, Organizing exhibitions & Special sales promotional events.
• Plan carrying out sale activities, principally coordinating between buyers and the sellers.
• Taking buyers to the site, coordinating the legalities of the sale.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Required: Any degree + MBA with 12 or more years of experience of Sales & Marketing in Commercial Real Estate
