Responsible for leading the sales and marketing team for our Commercial sites. Reporting directly to the owner/Director.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for looking after the entire sales operations of our projects.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
• Network with corporates, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales.
• Regular follow-up with customers for sales.
• Payment collection as per the guidelines.
• Prepare MIS Report on monthly basis.
• To meet sales targets as laid down from time to time.
• To take up sales promotional activities as per requirement.
• Generate Enquiry.
• Follow up all enquiry & report to HO.
• Plan & implement Marketing Strategy including online and offline campaigns.
• PR, Organizing exhibitions & Special sales promotional events.
• Plan carrying out sale activities, principally coordinating between buyers and the sellers.
• Taking buyers to the site, coordinating the legalities of the sale.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Required: Any degree + MBA with 12 or more years of experience of Sales & Marketing in Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Bright, motivated, self-starter and proactive personality who is comfortable working independently as we have a lean setup;
• Should speak fluent English, Hindi and preferably Marathi;
• Excellent Organizational Skills and Time Management;
• Excellent leadership and people skills;
• Love to work all the time;
• Love to juggle tasks;
• Excellent interpersonal skills - Can interact with all kinds of people.
